I'm not going to lie, I've been seriously slacking on my workouts. Last week, I exercised probably 2 days? Yeah, not good, I know. I really want to turn over a new leaf this week when it comes to productivity and fitness, so here's my weekly workout schedule (in print!). I'll update you on Friday to see if I followed up with my plan.
Monday:
- Morning walk. It's usually about 15 minutes long and it gets my mind ready for the day.
- Run/Walk for 42 minutes. I like to walk for 3 minutes, run for 3, and then continue alternating out. It gets pretty exhausting.
Tuesday:
- Morning walk.
- I absolutely adore this cardio video. There's a section in the middle that kills me almost every time.
- Run/Walk for 15 minutes.
Wednesday:
- Morning walk.
- This fun dance workout! It's tacky, but I really like it for some reason.
Thursday:
- Morning walk.
- Run/walk for 42 minutes.
Friday:
- Morning walk.
- Run/walk for 60 minutes.
