Coffee Talk and Fitness Friday Update

Hey everyone!

Wow, it's been a while since I've posted, huh? I'm sorry, I've just been busy with some stuff. I'm not at my house for the next couple of weeks, so I have to blog when I find time for it, basically. Today, I'm a little early to my meeting so I'm sitting in a small café, drinking coffee. Perfect time to blog, am I right?

So I figured I'd do my fitness Friday post of the week today. As far as eating goes, I've been pretty healthy. I mean, I had to have some crappy Chinese food for dinner 2 nights in a row, but other than that it's been mainly salads. I also had a potato for lunch yesterday, but considering that it was stuffed with cheese, it probably isn't the best for a good diet. For my salads, I generally stick to a lettuce/mushroom/onion combo with lite Italian dressing. It's pretty good.

For drinks, I have been drinking a lot of water (although not so much yesterday and today) and black coffee. Yes, I'm one of those crazies that drinks coffee without sugar or cream. Sue me.

Sadly, my work out ideas haven't really worked out... I worked out one day this week. However, I've been walking a lot lately (probably about a mile a day), so maybe that offset everything a little. Except for the Chinese food. As good as it was, I could feel my stomach cringing as I ate it.
