Summer Fitness Update

Hey everyone!

I'm practically jumping up and down in my in my seat right now because... it's summer! Woohoo!

This summer, I'm kind of committing to losing a bit of weight. This year, I exercised practically 0 and ate VERY unhealthily. It was absolutely ridiculous, but I was more focused on school and other stuff, ya know? So, I've decided to regain my pre-school year body by eating really healthy and hopefully exercising a lot.

I've decided to keep y'all in the know with my progress and my fitness routine so stay tuned. I think it'll be a new series called Fitness Fridays. What do you think? Let me know in the comments.

I'm planning on listing my recipes of the week and whatever fitness I plan to do. I'm thinking about doing either a water zumba or pilates class. I don't know what to pick! Hopefully, I'll get a little bit of everything in.
